Nolan
J. Brent
Nolan practices primarily in the areas of
personal injury, worker's compensation, and
corporate law. His practice includes
representation of injured parties seeking
compensation. He has recovered millions
of dollars in compensation on behalf of
injured people.
Mr. Nolan has
achieved successful results through jury
verdicts, successful negotiated settlements,
and successful mediations. Mr. Nolan
also serves as corporate counsel for several
local businesses where he advises them on
numerous matters including government
regulations and requirements, contracts, and
employment policy.
Mr. Nolan is
a member of the American Bar Association,
Tennessee Bar Association, and Knoxville Bar
Association. He received a B.B.A. degree
with an emphasis in marketing from the
University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1989
and earned his J.D. degree from the University
of Tennessee in 1991.
Upon
graduation, Mr. Nolan started with a large
insurance defense firm. After working
with this firm for several years, he opened
his own law firm in 1995.
