Do I really have a case?

How much is my case worth?

It would depend on the nature of your injuries. We would also need to find out if there is insurance coverage available. Call and give us your information, we do initial investigations for free.

How long will my case take?

We try to settle all cases within a timely manner. There are many factors that can delay a settlement. We know how to work with the insurance company and make every effort to settle cases in the best time possible.

Can the insurance adjuster limit the medical treatment I receive? Can I be refused specialized medical treatment?

Your insurance company is legally obligated to pay for reasonable medical treatment, up to the limits of the policy. We can help find out the limits for you, and assist you in finding proper care if needed.

Will I have to go to court?

It depends on your case and if settlement outside of court is feasible. If settlement doesn't seem to be forthcoming, a court appearance may be necessary. Your attorney will help explain the procedures and try to make you feel more comfortable with it.

What is worker's compensation?

A work related injury or illness.
