History

Brent Nolan wanted to be an attorney since childhood. When he graduated from University of Tennessee and UT's Law School, he went to work for a large Knoxville Law Firm. As their newest attorney, Brent was able to practice a great deal of law, representing insurance companies.  After five years,  Brent took the big risk of striking out on his own, and opening the kind of practice he had envisioned since before law school; the kind of law office where people can call or walk up and get honest, sensible answers to their questions; the kind of law office Brent would go to if he needed an attorney.

In 1995, he opened The Nolan Law Firm.  Brent and his staff, most of whom have been there from the beginning, have created something unique: a law firm that can handle your problem quickly and professionally, but also a place where you can call and talk to an attorney or staff member who is familiar with your case and doesn't see you just as a docket number.
